Pool was warm for two days, then it was freezing-so we left 3 days early. Not enough seating around the pool. We were at two other resorts this season with cooler weather (Gulf Shores and Panama City Beach) both had pools that were significantly warmer than this property. Very small unit. Needed cleaning when we arrived, sandy floor, dirty patio.

Host was excellent in promptly answering questions. View from patio obstructed by concrete wall and sea oats as well as almost under boarwalk shower. Oven and toaster needed cleaning badly. Would not use. Floor was gritty and left bare feet black, even though we had not been to beach. Mattresse was a disaster and lumpy. Shower water pressure phenomenal. Good place for Spring Breakers but not for Seniors.

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the owner, super clean, and the location is perfect!. We stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent! Clean, convenient and overall a great place to stay! The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! The only drawback in our opinion was the back patio is right next to the boardwalk where people wash off from beach so there is limited privacy. We would definitely stay here again!
