This beautiful ocean front condo is located in the ground floor of the building and has an incredible panoramic ocean view from almost every room. Once you walk into the unit you are greeted by an amazing view of the ocean and dunes. Step into the relaxing living area and have a seat on the couch while you take in all this unit has to offer. Just outside is a large covered ocean front patio with beach walkway just steps away. Back inside the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day. At the end of the day retreat to your private Master suite with King size bed, private bath and sliding doors to the ocean font patio. The second bedroom has a Full bed and a Twin bed. After Christmas vacay
We stayed here the week after Christmas through New Year’s. The location was great and we LOVED the fireworks from the pier on New Year’s Eve!! My only recommendation would be to update the full/queen bed in the second bedroom. It’s very noisy!! Other than that, everything was great and we would stay there again!!

Great spot for a beach getaway
Property was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. For the future, new window treatments since the ones there now are definitely worn and a new mattress for master suite. Great spot to have your mor coffee and watch the sunrise.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, nice pool. Furniture is a little worn but comfy. Beds comfortable. It’s an older unit but well maintained. Needs new shower head in master bathroom and it Dripped too but it wouldn’t keep me from going back. It is on first floor so I missed the beach view.

Perfect beach location
Loved being on the first floor with the boardwalk right next to us and the beach was so close! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the condo was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the large patio and listening to the ocean. Everyone in my family loves the condo and location. You are only down the street from downtown St. Augustine as well. We will definitely stay here again.
