"My wife and I spent 3 nights here visiting family. We were unable to check in until after 11 pm but that was not a problem. Communication with Arman was quick and he very considerately left a light on outside so we could find our way. The pictures are accurate. The bed was excellent and we both slept very well. The furniture was equally as comfortable. The supplied coffee was very much appreciated. There was a bit of a chill the first night but the electric fireplace heated up the room surprisingly quickly. A full open mall with grocery store, gas and restaurants is only a few blocks away. My only caveat is that the first outside step is a bit higher than normal and there is not a handrail so it could be a bit difficult if you have some mobility problems. I would highly recommend Arman's place for location, comfort, communication and accuracy of the description. I would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are passing through Edmonton."
