Friendly staff and acomdating . New facility with new renovation but the room wasnt fully ready in my opinion. Wall installation is thin like you are in an old apartment, you can hear upstairs walk around starting 6 am in the morning. Also, friday night there is people really loud across from the hallway at 330 am and wont stop making noise . Made 2 complaints and no changes so i felt asleep like 430 am . Toilet seat had no cover, tv cable cord is hanging all over the wall and no proper plug in around the bed sides . King size bed in a small room with kitchenette set up plus 2 chairs . Not comfortable but affordable for a 5 night stay around 750 ish . Walldrobe is a shelve setup without hangers or closet door . Hope this help out anyone is inquiring

I would not stay again. Awful location. Parking was absolutely atrocious. "Bad area" street people everywhere. I was so worried about my vehicle. Thank goodness it was not damaged or broken into. But the next morning, there was a homeless person right behind it near the step at the back entrance with their pants down. No shower curtain in the bathroom. I needed to use a dish plate but there was a sign that said "$25 fee for unwashed dishes" .. with no dish soap to wash them with so I had to use the shower gel so I didn't have to pay the fee. There was no hand/bar soap to use. Beds were ok. Room was clean and nicely updated. Good price for a quick over night stay. But wouldn't stay again. I felt uncomfortable the whole time.

I would not stay here again

The room was clean and freshly renovated but it was noisy. We could hear people talking outside, and the people walking in the room above ours. The light in the bathroom was motion activated so each time one of us went in there during the night the light shined right into the eyes of the other person in bed

We were quite let down by the condition and amenities in our room. There was a dirty Kleenex left in the nightstand, which was very off-putting. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, and there was no body wash provided. For a room that sleeps four (two queen beds), we were only given one face cloth and two bath towels—not nearly enough. There were also no “Do Not Disturb” door signs, which made it hard to ensure privacy. The hallway also smelled like cigarette smoke, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, basic supplies, and fresh air really affected our experience.

How can you make new hotel a dump in just three months? Ask these guys - they’ll show you. Desk staff can’t speak English. Room not clean. No bath towel in the bathroom. Unclean linens. This is a third-world hotel. Mgmt doesn’t care, lies and makes excuses. Clearly the 10/10 ratings are fake AI generated. Must be a front for something else because clearly these people have no commitment to hospitality. Shame on Ramada for partnering with such.

My family and I stayed there for 6 days, and we had to ask for towels and wash rags multiple times. We were given the wrong room key, then put in a room where you can hear those upstairs walking. If you are on the 3rd floor you will be okay if on the 2nd floor you can hear those above you. They promised us a discount because of all the stuff we endured, but we never received, but is not about the discount they had limited amount of staff, we had to request that they change and clean our rooms multiple times. Our overall experience was awful, I will never stay there again and I will not recommend them to anyone

I would Never recommend you stay here. 0/10. Tried to fraudulently use my credit card, thank god TD is on top of things. Terrible management/ staff, disrespectful. Dirty/ noisy, wind whistles through the windows. Traffic seems like its in your room. Cheap build and cheap run.
