"It was a lot smaller than expected and the dirty laundry from the previous guest had been left on the side. Staff were very apologetic and removed it swiftly. It was just a overnight stay which I was glad of. I couldn't have stayed in the room for a week, it was very dark and dinghy."

"Room was clean, however re-used disposable slippers that had clearly been worn by others was a low point. Sink would not drain, reported in the morning AM and was not attended to, had to ask again PM evening for them to take care of it.
