Seemed to be a safe location situated rught beside a police station. Room was clean, bed was comfy, morning staff was friendly... a good place for a quick drive through stop

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shreveport South Park Plaza by IHG
Breakfast was very good. Staff made to-go bags for a tip which was nice. Electricity went out in the whole area in Shreveport which was difficult getting ready to attend a wedding. The electricity was back on when we returned. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The room had a bad smell to it. The bed, sheets and pillows had a dirty old smell to them as if they weren’t clean. Had everything changed and it still had the smell. AC worked really well.
