Great place to stay. We were there just for the weekend, but could have stayed longer. Comfortable and welcoming. Warm in the winter. Clean. Lots of things available for our use, like in kitchen and bathroom. We would stay again if in area.

The home was as advertised, very clean and fully equipped. We had a friend with us and were able to host our adult children and their young children for a meal easily.The host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had.

Home was very clean and beds comfortable. Restaurants nearby. Hopsfrog and Spartans both great food. Kanji Sushi AYCE restaurant was awesome and kid friendly and they really loved how their dinners were served by the tram It was very entertaining for them. Food was amazing too. 5 day stay was great. Homeowner was great with our questions and quick to respond. Would def stay there again

Good Location Large Home

Myself, my nephew and his two friends from Spain stayed at the home. They loved it. Perfect for the 4 of us. No issues checking in or out good communication from the owner. Would stay here again when we are back in the area. The price was very affordable compared to a hotel

Stayed at this property with my family for vacation before school started. The house is spacious and clean. The owner is very easy to contact and answers all of your questions. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

We hosted guests from out of the US. The property is close to us and was a convenient location for us to host. The house isnt fancy but is comfortable and functional. Just what we needed.

The house as adequate for our needs and comfortable. The only confusing part was I didn’t realize this was a duplex and the house number wasn’t clearly visible so we circled around the neighborhood before we figured it out. Easy to get in the house. Close to grocery stores. necessary

Met our every Need!

The property was in decent condition and clean. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare most any meal and it was the perfect location to travel into DC every day. We had no issues at all and felt very comfortable making this our temporary home away from home. The driveway parking was perfect! The street is a bit crowded with on street parking but since we had a driveway to use, it was a non issue! Thank you!

Perfect for our needs

As a family of four we needed a place to stay while we explored DC every day! This was perfect. Not too far from the city and not too close either! The unit was clean and had practically everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals for the fam (I would recommend a potato masher though!). The driveway parking was awesome. I can’t speak to the TVs and such as we didn’t really use them. Overall a great location and I would consider renting again if we take another trip to DC!
