Montvale Hotel
"We stayed at the Montvale five years ago and loved it so much that we decided to stay there again during this year's trip to Spokane. It's very conveniently situated, and has nice amenities including a beautiful indoor sitting area for lounging with tea, coffee, comfortable furniture, a host of eclectic books, and lots of artwork. The only problem with this stay was that our room was too bright at night since it was located at the front of the hotel and the marquis lights were on all night long. The wooden slat blinds do not prevent the light from shining in. We checked to see if the front desk had any sleep masks, but they did not. This would be a helpful amenity for guests who are in the rooms facing front."
