This beautiful space features a large open concept living and dining room boasting a expansive vaulted ceiling. Just off the living room, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom highlighted with ample windows to listen and see all the birds and wildlife around you. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a wonderfully spacious bathroom and in the second bedroom you will find a queen bed with lots of spots to relax, unpack and unwind. The sunroom has a queen pull-out bed for extra comfort and has blinds throughout to allow privacy for you to sleep in. This space also seconds as an office space or game room when needed. Welcome your mornings with the beautiful coffee bar where you can warm yourself up with a cup of coffee or tea. The kitchen is centrally located in the unit and the hub of activity. Guests can cook and entertain in the fully stocked kitchen. Outside, you will enjoy the concrete patio with plenty of seating for your guests to eat, drink and play your favorite games. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with heating and AC, catching up on work in the cozy sunroom or chilling out, this wonderful townhome offers a nice balance of comfort and convenience.
