Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. On site parking was full and the overflow parking garage wasn’t too far away. However, on our day of checkout, we were charged parking by both the hotel and the parking garage, so our parking wasn’t validated by the hotel as promised.

For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast.
