There was some misunderstandings between the property owner and the property management team that communicates check in instructions. We were told the owner would meet us on site and we would receive the keys/door code. When we arrived, we were not greeted, but the owner appeared on the property a little while after. He provided us with some more information about the property while performing maintenance on the pool. We needed to request the door code in person as we had not received it yet. Our first night there, the owner made us aware of maintenance that he wished to do during our stay. As this required him to enter the house and to make these repairs during our stay, we requested that he attend to them after our stay as the repairs were nonurgent and we would like our privacy during our stay. He did understand and rearranged those repairs! When I booked it, the listing notified that an RV is parked unoccupied on the property, however this is where the owner stayed and it was not unoccupied.Overall we had a wonderful experience, the place was clean and well stocked with necessary items. The property is gorgeous and has many fun activities to enjoy during your stay!!
