We did not cook in the kitchen while there, so I cannot answer with certainty the kitchen was equipped adequately. I do know the microwave was dirty. I was disappointed there was not a coffee pot for K-cups.Also, for what the cleaning fee cost, and having a baby there, I feel the entire house could have been much cleaner. The floors were not very clean and none of the banister or baseboards appeared to have been cleaned or dusted. There was at least an inch thick of dust on the fans and baseboards and the downstairs bathtub wasn't clean. Also, the hand soap was empty.The toilet in the master bath needs some attention, and the wall in front of it looked as if something nasty had been smeared on it. Also, upon paying for the rental I did not intend to include the insurance, but was unable to go back and decline it. We are very careful renters and have never damaged or broken anything.The house overall is nice and in a nice-looking neighborhood. It does need some TLC, but it was very convenient for what our needs were. The Host was very nice and helpful. He quickly responded when contacted.
