My daughter and I traveling and reservations made on line. When I arrived at hotel, employee demanded that I have my husband be there and show his ID- would not accept mine. My husbands name is on Expedia and she said since it was a 3rd party reservation, only the person named and that was the only ID she would accept. My credit card and information was used in the booking. Since I did not stay there, I would like my room charge reversed
