Immaculate hotel in a love river setting. Rooms are large and nicely equipped and bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Extra parking fee was small, but unexpected and no fridge in the room. But these are minor issues. Close to airport and shopping and minutes to lovely towns and beaches.

The breakfast was good overall. The coffee was very bitter. Had to buy instant coffee and make it daily.

The property is under kept, dirty, and the beds sunk. The fabric walls were stained. The bathroom floor dirty. The remote control broken. The room smelled moldy. The price was ridiculous for the conditions.

Neptune, an Ash Hotel
Stayed here multiple times ans always a nice place to stay. Unfortunately this time our shower did not have hot water and there used to be free bottles of water in the rooms which is no longer.
