Well the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and very conveniently located. Check in and check out where a breeze, and the staff were very friendly!

This was a really good deal for a nice clean room. It was better than I expected it to be - it was quiet and felt very safe. It is close to a cute town and not far from Newport so it worked well for us.

Bathroom was moldy. Lights outside of window made it impossible to sleep. Had to put a beach towel over the shutters to block out some of the light. Staff not very friendly

Reasonably priced no frills hotel close to Newport and Narragansett. Rooms appear to be recently remodeled but could definitely use some extra attention to detail. For example; our room had a lovely new bathroom but the door frame was chipped and appeared not to have been repainted during the remodel. Overall though the room was clean and pleasant. There was a lovely restaurant on the property that served breakfast and lunch. Hotel is in a quiet location and appears well cared for. I would definitely consider staying there in the future. Great place to stay for a couple of nights.
