Loved the lobby. The way the rooms face inward instead of going down long hallways is so nice! Every single person working there was beyond pleasant. The room and bathroom were relaxing and spacious. Clean and beautiful.

Glass Shards in Baby Crib

We requested a baby crib/packnplay for our 1 year-old. It took a while to bring to our room and When we opened it up there were shards or broken glass inside. I brought it back to the front desk and there wasn’t much of a reaction. There was no discount on the room or apology. Nothing. Not only was this negligence, but it delayed bedtime for the family who was already tired from a long trip.

Pool closing was a disappointment

We were very disappointed to check in and realize that the pool was closed for cleaning. It was drained with lots of equipment around. Doesn’t look like it will be functional for a while. Seems like the middle of the summer on a 4th of July weekend is a terrible time to drain the pool and not let guests know before they arrive. We have two young children that got all dressed and ready to go swimming and were thoroughly disappointed to walk down and realize it was shut down for our stay.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Everyone was kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the reception snacks and drinks, had a great flat bread at the restaurant and wondered breakfast. We will definitely return.

Everything is closed around the Hotel

Nice place. Time to replace the mattresses. Parking was too far and to charge for it was crazy, you need a back entrance. Pool was closed. Good breakfast, very nice Staff.

The property was located in the downtown area surrounded by busy streets and only 1 restaurant near by. Parking was not close and there was a charge of $12 or vallet parking for $21. I was informed that it wasn’t safe to walk anywhere. The hallway outside our room door was loud after midnight and the front desk had to be called twice. The noise did not end until 1:30 a.m.
