The staff was incredibly rude, they charge you for using there towels every day but don’t give you new towels every day. They advertise one rate on Expedia, and then once you reach the hotel they have all these fees which increase the price of the hotel stay by 10$ a night. I highly recommend you do not stay here. The price is not worth the trouble.

Me and my family traveled from Atlanta GA., only to be called 20 minutes before check-in and was told that they didn't have a room for us because they overbooked. Mind you we had fully paid for our room via Expedia and when asked what am I to do now? The rep replied, "I don't know what you're going to do--we don't have any rooms". We had to scramble to try and find a place to stay due to the events that were going on. We paid for our room several months ago. Never again will I waste my money or time on a business that doesn't care for their customer- Sorry not sorry. Mr. Graham

Kitchenette had no dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans. Nothing. It was an empty kitchen. No trash bags no soap to wash your hands. Lock on hotel room door was broken. Did not feel safe. Overall, cleanliness was terrible as well. I will never stay here again and recommend nobody else stay there ever

WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!! It is not a place you would want to stay or even can stay. It is more for long term rentals. We were told upon arriving via phone from entry , that there are no rooms for rent . Why is this still on hotels.com site? I still have not received a refund .

this property is for the homeless, we booked for a hotel that were from out of town never again, so I had to scramble to find us a hotel and I found one, but we had to pay close to $500 just for a two day stay
