"Elegimos este hotel para celebrar con nuestra familia y amigos nuestro cumpleanos Lamentablemente en esta occasion no todo salio como yo esperaba, eramos un grupo de aproximadamente 35 personas Desafortunadamente la fiesta que organizamos para esa celebracion no era lo que habiamos acordado con la Sra Tamara Allen , hubo mucha falta de informacion y cambios a ultimo momento que no estaba previsto que fuera de esa manera. Definitivamente no volveria a organizar otro evento en este lugar o con la misma persona, aunque debo de decir que mis invitados a pesar de los inconvenientes pudieron tener una velada agradable ya que Tamara a pesar de los cambios de ultimo momento logro que este evento fuera posible (aunque no fue por lo que yo pague). Muchas de las personas que se alojaron en este hotel , tuvieron problemas de liqueo de agua en el cuarto por lo que los tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion,a otros se fue la luz en su cuarto, y a otros la habitacion que les habian asignado ya habian otras personas usando la habitacion. Personalmente mi habitacion no tuvo ningun problema ,era muy espaciosa ,me gusto muchos sus amenidades, y sus inmediaciones . En el restaurante las personas que nos atendieron fueron serviciales y amables. Por ser un grupo grande fue IMPOSIBLE hacer una reserva en sus restaurantes . En general el hotel es bonito, sus playas muy lindas pero tienen que hacer cambios , con mucha tristeza dire que NO fue lo que yo esperaba para esta occasion tan especial."
