Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were great. The restaurant staff were great as well. There is a huge are for opportunity to improve the services of the front desk staff. Upon checking our room was not ready, which was not a problem. When I asked how we find out when it was the desk clerk said hang around this area and she’ll get us. Ok we did that. An hour later and no one else waiting I asked the desk again. They were like oh yeah your room is ready now. Never were going to tell us. They also didn’t advise us on anything with the property like a white card you’re supposed to get to get towels for the pool. Them checking out I asked for an hour extended check out due to our flight time. They said they would put in the request. Those decisions are made the next day at 7am. How would I find out? They call all of the extended check out requests. No call. So I walk down close to time to check on it and again no big deal we will renew your room key. Just a lack of service, communication, and a sense of care.
