First off I’ll start off by saying the hotel was very nice and the staff was super friendly and courteous. Check in process went smooth and they gave us a free drink.
After the first day day we woke up and noticed many ants on one of our beds and we asked the front desk if they could take care of it while we stepped out. We came back later that day and they had said they took care of it but there were still some ants around the desk. We asked if there was another room that we wouldn’t mind sleeping in a smaller room but they sent someone up with ant spray that he proceeded to put around the surrounding areas where there were still some ants. Guessed it work for a bit because we didn’t see any ants for 2 days but we then again woke up one day with a lot of ants on the one of the beds again. Again we told the front to see what would be done about it but instead of giving us a smaller room somewhere ant free they just sent housekeeping to change the sheets. A bit of a shame because the hotel was very nice and we didn’t want this to be a bad experience since the staff was friendly but unfortunately upper management didn’t want to permanently solve the problem by giving us a downgraded room.
