"Absolutely wonderful property! From pulling into the hotel the valet was incredible. Front desk check in was extremely fast and very friendly. Our bags were in our room before we got there. Then a nice bottle of Prosecco was delivered once we were in our room. The bartender Giovanni was so nice and helpful. Great man to talk to and made absolutely wonderful cocktails. Location was wonderful! Walkable to everything. Definitely would recommend this beautiful property!! "

"We originally booked here because it was close to the hospital, where our daughter was being treated. Just one minute away! At the base of a beautiful scenic 400m hillside, the Hotel Villa Maria has exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean and comfortable and comes with a private balcony! The hotel staff is very accommodating and the restaurant manager Luigi makes everyone feel special upon arrival! The pool is very nice and full of sunshine, and the pool bar is very reasonable. The drinks are delicious! Wonderful pool staff! Don’t forget on Thursday night that you have a pool party with a DJ, which is quite entertaining! 😂 The front desk staff has been very helpful as we have needed a number of things printed and prepared for the hospital, and they have been very accommodating, and full of smiles! They speak very good English, not needed but use Google translate to help sometimes. 😊 We’ve had to extend our trip a couple of times and they have been been helpful. The hotel is close to the main street of Sorrento. Just a short walk to everything it has to offer. I think you pay a little less because you are off the main strip, and it is probably quieter too. Don’t forget to go up to the sixth floor and take some pictures! You see all of Sorrento, Naples, Mount Vesuvius and all the other cities nearby. Just beautiful!
