Eine komfortable, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einzig die direkte Lage an der Hauptstraße war uns etwas laut, das ist aber pure Gewohnheit. Das Grundstück und die Wohnung sind Kinder- und Hundefreundlich.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Ermi sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist toll und lädt zum Spaziergang ein. Besonders mit Hund bietet die Gegend tolle Möglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage, schöne Terrasse. In der Wohnung findet sich alles, was wir, Familie mit Kind und Hund, zum Wohlfühlen brauchen. Geschirr dürfte etwas mehr da sein. Das Doppelbett hat eine Tempur Matratze , die für einen guten Schlaf sorgt. Im Bad ist viel Platz. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine begehbare Dusche und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und allzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Osterüberraschung!

Alles in allem gut. Positiv ist auf jeden Fall die großzügige Ferienwohnung mit dem kleinen Garten und die vielen Schränke auch im Badezimmer. Het verblijf was prima. Alles was aanwezig en de verhuurster reageerde snel op vragen. Als enige opmerking heb ik dat het appartement langs een doorgaande weg ligt. Je hoort dus vooral overdag veel verkeer. Dit las ik bijna nergens in de recensies maar vind ik toch belangrijk om te weten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Makel

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund dort. Gegend: sehr ländlich, lädt deshalb zum Spazieren, Radfahren, Wandern usw. ein, sehr gut für Hundehalter Viel Landwirtschaft und kleine Handwerksbetriebe. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort (Ottobeuren) ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Sehenswürdigkeiten: z.B. Memmingen, Mindelheim, Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Ammersee, Kloster Andechs, Starnberger See, München, Bodensee usw. in ca. 30 bis 100 Autominuten Entfernung. Ferienwohnung: Ortsrandlage, im Erdgeschoß in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, geräumig, mit überdachter Terrasse und Gartenstück mit mannshoher Hecke, sehr gute Ausstattung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WC- Papier werden gestellt Hinweis wegen Kinder und Hunden : Gartenbereich ist an zwei Stellen offen -in den Nachbarsgarten und dann ins Feld -zur Straße Kehlberg (dort ist auch der Hauseingang) Wir haben für solche Fälle immer einen Weidezaun dabei. Hinweis für Grillfans: Kein Grill vorhanden (zuvor abgeklärt), wir hatten unseren dabei. Frau Grubart und ihr Mann und die anderen Hausbewohner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Kritik: Das Anwesen liegt Ortsrandlage (noch innerorts). Direkt am Haus führt eine Bundes-, Haupt-,Durchgangsstraße (Attenhausen nach/von Ottobeuren) vorbei. Dies ist bei der Objektbeschreibung nicht aufgeführt. Es herrscht reger Verkehrslärm (störend) durch Pkw's, Kräder und Lkw's. Landwirtschaftsverkehr führe ich nicht auf, weil dieser zur Gegend einfach dazu gehört. Hinzu kommt, das einige sich nicht an die 50 km/h halten, egal ob beim Verlassen des Ortes oder beim Kommen. Ich vermute, das auch der Straßenbelag (Abrolllärm) eine Rolle spielt. Die Ortsansässigen werden vermutlich infolge Gewöhnung den Verkehrslärm gar nicht mehr so wahrnehmen. Fazit: Die Gegend ist herrlich und lädt zu vielen Unternehmungen ein. Die Ferienwohnung hat fast alles, was man benötigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Verkehrslärm Diesbezüglich muß aber jeder selber entscheiden, ob er dort Urlaub machen möchte oder nicht. Wen es nicht stört oder wer sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, kann dort unbesorgt die Ferienwohnung buchen.

Top Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung. Die Bilder im Internet entsprachen genau den Eindrücken vor Ort. Alles war super sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Grubart hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen schon vor der Ankunft gegeben, so dass wir super zurecht kamen. Sie war für uns immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht nur kulturelle Highlights des Barocks, sondern auch großartige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern/Spazierengehen. Zusammenfassung: Super Wohnung, super Gastgeberin, tolle Umgebung!

Rauchfreie Ferienwohnung die nicht Rauchfrei war

Wohnungseinrichtung OK. Die Wohnung roch beim ersten betreten sehr nach Duftstoffen, ohne Fenster zu öffner konnte man es dort nicht aushalten,Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrene Hauptstraße wo auch Nachts die Fahrzeuge ob LKW, PKW oder Landwitschaftliche Fahrzeuge in sehr hohem Tempo vorbeifahren. Die Wohnung sollte eigendlich rauchfrei sein ,aber das war sie leider nicht ,das war für uns ein wichtiger Punkt weshalb wir die Wohnung gemietet hatten.Die andere Bewohner des Hauses haben sehr häufig draußen geraucht das wir damit belästig wurden. Am Hauseingang steht ein sehr großer Aschebecher der zum überlaufen voll ist weil niemand dafür sorg das er geleert wird.Ist ein ganz toller Eindruck der da entsteht wenn Feriengäste ankommen. Einfach nur ganz miss und leider mit der Warheit von dem Vermietern hinterm Berg gehalten ,ist auch für Familienurlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Das war/ ist wohl auch der Grund weshalb die Wohnung so starkt mit Duftstoffen bearbeitet wurde ,damit der Nikotingestank nicht auffällt.Wir haben den Duftstoffgestankt leider nicht aus den Wohnung mit lüften entfernen können. Muss deshalb jetzt die gesamte Wäsche egal was wir mitgenommen hatten ,waschen,
