"Hotel is nice, the neighborhood is questionable. Rooms are maintained clean and pool is best part of hotel. Very close to Airport, food inside hotel is a 3 stars at best, hotel lets you invite guests which is nice. Overall it’s a 3.5 as hotel and pool is great but food and neighborhood need to get better."

"I stayed here from June 15–17 with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and any questions we had during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication before arrival was prompt and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day. What stood out most was the hospitality of the team. They made a genuine effort to ensure our family had a comfortable stay and helped coordinate our onward travel plans.
