This is truly a beautiful home that is designed for larger families to come together and have an incredible time. We loved the house, the pool, the pickleball court and proximity to the beach. For those we give it 5/5! Not a deal breaker for us, but the deer flies are very real and can be a nuisance at times. They weren’t out all day, everyday, but they were definitely around, and they do bite. I recommend bringing some repellent and/or something to treat bites. Again, not a deal breaker, it could have been a bad season for them (our stay was in May). I also think that’s part of what you get staying near the intercoastal, which is beautiful if you’re a nature person & love birds.We had one issue with the hot tub needing additional cleaning, but the maintenance team sent their 3rd party vendor back to clean it the next day after we told them about it (unfortunately it was not in time to be helpful to us). We just didn’t use the hot tub. We would rent here again. Knowing what we know now we would:- Bring deer fly repellent.- Have extra bath/pool towels (we had 20 people).- Plan meals at the house better (Beautiful fully equipped kitchen!!!).- Stay longer!
