"The hotel itself was great, nice staff,beautiful rooms. The only problem was staff shortages Saturday and Sunday Mother’s day weekend at the pool/bar. Bartender did not know menu for drinks, did not know correct ingredients and a 2 hour wait for food on Saturday, no pool service at all on Mother’s day. But hotel was clean, staff friendly and a great location, this was our 5th time at property and our only bad experience."

"We stay at this resort every year as part of a soccer tournament. We look forward to the convenience of the resort, cleanliness, and amenities. However, this year was very different. Our room had a leaky toilet, no hot water, and there was no shower curtain for the tub in our bathroom. This is unacceptable for a place that cost us over $400 per night. There were delivery trucks at 5:00 am which was very noisy and disruptive. We may think of an alternate next summer."

"This was a nice stay! Having 2 pools was nice as it seemed the kids gravitated more towards 1 vs the other 1 :) . This property has 2 bar/restaurants both with food and drinks, so really you dont have to even leave the resort if you didnt want to. Having 2 beach chairs available daily with water was a huge incentive. We were able to rent an umbrella on the beach and the umbrella service guy was awesome and super friendly. The beach behind the bilmar was the cleanest we had seen ever. We went to another beach during our trip also and it wasnt as nice (buried trash ect...) The shower wasnt the best condition & the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was not high quality or full. We had to really pump to get any product. We were only here for a short weekend so it got the job done. Not bad enough to warrent a complaint. Walgreens is right acrossed the road so its super convenient to grab anything you need! I look forward to coming again and checking out more of what this beautiful area has to see!"
