"It was a completely wonderful stay and I can only fault one tiny aspect of the room and that was the hot water would sometimes warm up and cool off in the middle of the shower. The room and bed were amazing. I slept so well. Lots of space too. The hotel pool was always perfect for swimming and the staff at the front desk were a 10/5. Mai went the extra on everything. All of them were so courteous and professional I would stay at this hotel again without a second thought. Breakfast was consistently great but with some daily rotation so as to not get predictable. Well done and keep up this high level of service. "

Special thanks to the floor managers of Clove at breakfast, who noticed my parents (now in their 80's) had low mobility - always ensured that we were seated close to the breakfast buffet. Wonderful experience - will happily return. "
