"Beautiful large room, spotlessly clean. The staff were very courteous and friendly and check in took only a couple of minutes, plus we were allowed into our room early for no extra charge. Really impressed, would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a fabulous experience. We ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel everyday (Tim Hortin’s & bakery’s & others, there is so much choice of eating & clothes shopping if you forget anything & a 7/11 for water, juice etc). "Unlimited water bottles, all staff i encountered were courteous, room was clean. Everything was perfect except for 2 items: 1. Water coming from the faucet in the sink has a bad smell 2. They should put a socket in the bathroom for hair dryer so that when your companion is still sleeping, you can just dry your hair in the bathroom in front of the mirror. Other than the 2, I had a good 4 nights stay. "
