Beautiful property, pathways all alongside pretty ponds/waterways. The staff go above and beyond which makes this hotel really stand out. The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The bar is a lovely comfortable place to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole hotel is that that the pool area is looking a bit tired, all it needs is to upgrade the sunbeds/cushions etc and it would get a 10/10.

Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt so welcomed. The mini fridges in our rooms didnt work and one of the toilets was noisy and kept flushing throughout the night unless we banged on the flusher to stop it. The free shuttle to and from Sentosa was amazing the drivers were always helpful. Ww would definitely recommended Sofitel to friend's and family would stay there again if we come back to Singapore.

The check in staff did not inform us that breakfast is include . In fact, when I asked, was told that it’s not included . We were also not told that there’s a dining voucher included in the booking. We were told during check out. Thanks to Darren, the supervisor /manager who made alternative arrangements for us to utilise what we’ve missed. Although there’s this hiccup during our stay , it was all made up. Overall , happy with the stay!

Staff could have been more informative on restaurants and transport at bottom of pool area that we found out about after we got home. Information in general. Strong chlorine smell and pool area needs work.. our last day we planned to spend by the pool but chose not to after seeing it. Rooms were lovely. Maybe you could display information on tv on how to get to places around Santosa.

Great resort on Sentosa. The staff was excellent & our room (family room) was perfect. The room was a suite attached to a regular room, so it was basically 2 hotel rooms & a living area.
