This Four Seasons is not at Four Seasons standard

This property is two leagues below other Four Seasons. Tokyo Otemachi and Singapore Four Seasons? Not even comparable. The Singapore property feels like a 40 year old property with some makeup applied that can’t hide the old fashioned-ness. The service is excellent and at Four Seasons level. But the property is a damage to the brand. Be careful, Four Seasons management - this is not good.

it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Breakfast was truly exceptional, with a variety and quality that exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s facilities are world-class. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna, which were both immaculate and relaxing. I also treated myself to a skin facial at the spa, and it was one of the most luxurious, rejuvenating treatments I’ve ever experienced. Everything about this hotel radiates excellence, from the attention to detail to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. At check-in, we were graciously upgraded to a larger room, which set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The room itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with an upscale feel. The corner view was absolutely fantastic, offering both privacy and sweeping views of the city. I particularly appreciated the large in-room shower and toilet, as well as the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
