Rooms clean, no shampoo, hand or wash towels, but brought more bath towels. Bed firmer than we are used to. Staff was excellent. Nice looking hotel and lobby. Showers all open floor so had to mop up floor to use toilet and sink afterward. It was time for an economy hotel.

I am missing clothes! Someone stole my shirts while they were cleaning my room!!!! I just got back to USA and unpacked my clothes and I am missing shirts. Totally unacceptable! I enjoyed my stay in Singapore and my stay at this hotel, but stealing clothes from customs is totally unacceptable.

Found this to be a very functional room for a week stay for one. Little bit away from the main street for food but bot too far. Buses at either end of the street took me almost anywhere I needed to go in Singapore. Good price and value.

Staff were very friendly, room is small and bed was extremely hard! Bathroom is very snug. Limited space to sit in main bed/sitting area. Little to no storage area for multiple day stay. Minimal amenities, no shower curtain so water sprays on floor and hair dryer location not very convenient! No hand towels or face cloths provided. We stayed for 5 nights and bed was never made, only clean bath towels provided and waste baskets emptied. The coffee cups provided were never exchanged so we washed them after daily use.

After a very long flight, i was able to check in early which i sincerely appreciated. The wifi, air conditioning and hot water worked well. Amenities were basic which is expected for the price. Over all, a very good option for a budget stay.

Room is good condition but really small. The toilet too high, making it very uncomfortable to sit for long. Also when taking shower, water splashes every where. Shower head should place more to right then in the center, that way water fall to gutter drainage.
