The initial room we were put in was not up to standard and the bedroom had open vents which felt like we were listening to the forest frogs have a rock concert! How ever the manager listened to our concerns and moved us to a better apartment! They made our experience a priority and the staff were always lovely, espectially in the surf bay bar! Amazing stay overall. Modern room was very nicely furnished including a net over a comfortable bed, room included kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle etc. Very efficient AC. Surfer's Bay is a hidden gem. My husband and I visited Barbados for a wedding and this privately owned, quaint resort was pefect. The room was what I expected and the location was absolute amazing. The views, the relaxing vibes and the easy to go service was all that we needed. We will be back but would definitely recommend to family and friends!
