We had an excellent stay at Villa Yvonne. The home was large and we spent a lot of time at the wonderful pool area with views of the mountains and the Olive Tree grove. The kitchen was also a central point for our family of 12, with a table large enough for all of us. Angela was great to work with both at check in and check out, which you have to do to settle utilities and any potential damage. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well, especially upstairs and in the kitchen (we were there in July). The location worked well for us to explore both Tuscany and Florence - we took the train in twice to Florence which made it easy. A few things to note - if you plan on cooking, the original oven isn’t in use so you have to use convection hot plates set on top of the counter. It worked for us but took some figuring out. Also, you do not have the entire house. Angela lives next door and the left hand side of the house has a separate apartment where others lived. Neither was an issue for us but more for you to be aware. Overall we would recommend this beautiful house and outdoor area.
