Nice hotel in small German village
We needed a hotel the night before our QM2 transatlantic crossing from Hamburg. This nicely kept hotel was perfect as it was about 30 minutes south of Hamburg and was clean, comfortable and a great deal cheaper than anything I could find in Hamburg. Note: finding the correct pier is a nightmare. Everyone including a cab drive just told us it was "very complicated " and could not give us directions. The German gps led us into the river.

lovely little place
Little gem of a hotel, older, but very quaint. In a great location just off the motorway, in a gorgeous little village. Room was clean and quiet, staff were helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pleasant Rural Hotel.
Off the beaten track and no hot drinks facility in the room - seems to be a common feature in European hotels - but a very pleasant experience, nonetheless. Staff very helpful.
