Horrible room conditions. Handle for the hot water was on the edge of the tub. Toilet stopped flushing. Ceiling was coming apart in the the bathroom. The baseboards were covered with a thick layer of dust. Positive. The sheets were clean.

No more La Quinta for us.

The bathtub was badly stained, the shower curtain was missing, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the door had a large gap around it so that it didn’t lock properly. When my wife complained, she was told she couldn’t switch rooms and was given a shower curtain to install herself. She left the hotel and found other accommodations.

I know this is a review for Expedia but please forward this to whomever needs to read this. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at during our 10 day vacation. It looked like the room was under renovation. The lights were unplugged, there was no cover over the wall outlet, the television was missing, the light over the vanity had no bulb, there was black mold around the bathtub. I have pictures and will send them to whoever needs to have them. When I brought this up to the clerk behind the counter, he told me it was because they don’t have a maintenance person to take care of it. We have stayed in La Quinta hotels all over the country and all were top of the line. Please don’t let this be a trend your company is going down.

Worst hotel ever. Go elsewhere!!

The entire hotel was falling apart and dirty. The employee at the front desk was dismissive. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Closet door had a hole in it. No upkeep to the hotel at all. We ended up leaving and stayed elsewhere because it was so disgusting.

The room are old. The shower didn’t work! The sink didn’t work! Both leaked water everywhere…the shower was grimy and stained… I saw roaches on the floor. It was supposed to breakfast and there was none. You get what you pay for!

Only allowed one washrag per visit. If you stay multiple days like i did they will not give you anymore wash rags or towels. The front desk doesn't even have access to any. They will not clean your room until you leave and it's highly doubtful they clean it then. I had hairs in everything, ashes in the drawers, stains on everything. It was disgusting.

Once they processed my payment, I was given the key cards, I was directed to the back of the bldg. There we found the keys did not work. I returned to the desk and the clerk reprogrammed them and returned with me only to find he could not get them to work nor did his keys. On our way back to the office I asked if I could have a room closer to the pool for my grandchildren. I was informed the pool was green and we found it was also padlocked. Additionally, there was a notice on the wall that breakfast was no longer offered. I asked for a refund and he could not process it without the manager being present who was not coming in until the next day. I have since called three times. The first time, the manager answered but told me to call back later as his computer was not working. I have called twice since and he is "not available". I expect a full refund but it appears the manager is not willing up to this date.

I did not stay at the property. Once I checked in the bedspreads were dirty. I checked the mattress. It was signs of bedbugs. I took pictures. I went into the restroom, and there was a big hole at the bottom of the wall behind the door. I wouldn’t recommend a dog stay in there. I could not stay there. I’m trying to get my refund.
