This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower and the sink would not drain. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted or clean in 15 years. Opened soap still in the bath. The bedsheets were so wrinkled as if they were not clean. It was 27 degrees at night and there are no blankets on the beds I would not recommend staying here no matter how cheap the price.

Booked a King room but when checked in it was a double queen. No breakfast due to COVID but still advertised on your website. Asked for a Handicap accessable room but was given a room upstairs. In order to get to it had to go up the BROKEN stairs, across the balcony with the yellow tape because it too was broken. Room itself had a table, with a broken leg, but no chairs. Towels in room , 2 large towels, 2 small towels, NO washcloths. Tissue box was empty. A nice touch was the cardboard christmas tree air freshener on the back of the bathroom door, (the kind you normally hang from your mirror in a cheap car). Lets just say - disappointed........

They charge my card at least 7 times. When I arrived someone was already staying in my room. It was not clean

Not clean , no functional toilet ,staff was not available to resolve the problem till maintenance lady about to show up and clean rooms

You have to be 21 to check in or even make a reservation which is not stated on travelocity. Also, the bathroom grounds were very dirty & the room itself smelled VERY strongly of smoke. When asked to fix this, the front desk lady sprayed the room with smoke repellent and then suggested we buy a candle for our stay because they didn’t have any where else to put us.
