Not your average LaQuinta Inn

If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would avoid a stay at this hotel. All room interiors are outdated. Room service will not come by and clean regularly, and if they do, they won't do a good job. Also won't even replace essentials like towels and toilet paper. Front desk tried to give my room to someone else while I was in the room.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting

Absolutely horrible, first had to change rooms because the tv didn’t work then none of the Keys to get in didn’t work so Everytime we left and came back we’d need a new key to get in, cigarette burns all in the bathtub, sink sealing, no soap or towels, nasty floors. My parents stayed in a different room and asked for pillows 3 times and never received them. When we woke up the next morning our door was wide open and thankfully we had the secondary lock on there or someone would’ve been inside our room with my 6 month old sleeping.

The door locks didn’t work on any rooms I reserved mid morning they knew doors weren’t working and still took my reservations a said nothing. I wish I would’ve read the reviews beforehand. The key would not work so had to go to the clerk and she had to let us in manually every time we left the room. The room smelled of mildew, there were no towels, wash cloths or anything in the room so we had to make another trip down to the desk and she kept all of that stuff in the office and took forever to get it to us. The beds were stained and uncomfortable the bathroom was dirty and tub was stained and you felt like you were going to fall through the tub while showering.

Only as a last resort

The photos for this hotel are definitely older when this property was first renovated because the nicest thing about this property was the front desk. I gave all sections except service a terrible because it was just that. I gave an average rating for service because Jackie was trying her best to do what she could, but you can only do so much with what management gives you. But, the rooms were poorly cleaned, I pulled back the covers and saw other peoples' hair still in the covers and the beds were "made" for new guests. I had a double bed room although I had reserved and paid for a king-I had let that go, but I could not let the hair go. I knew that wasn't the Hilton, but at least expected clean linen. I asked for clean linen to change it myself, I was moved to a "cleaner room" pulled the covers back and it was hair on one bed and a questionable stain in the other bed. After basically begging for sheets to change the bed, what do I get? two flat sheets...and this was after begging this other guy who tried to help by finding me another room, but it was just as dirty. Then tried to gaslight me into thinking that maybe the stain came from grease in the dryer or the hair fell from him when he came to check on the room. No, sir, I had to pull the covers back. Plus, the "cleaner room" had someone's old smelly clothes in the closet. I'm complaining, but I had to stay there so I made the best of it with my own linen.
Questionable stain right in the area where someone would lie, but I was told, "maybe grease from the dryer."

Booked for a king room, when I arrived to the property there were absolutely no king rooms available so I got a double. Upon entry of the room I noticed it was very dirty and had an odor. Once I reached the bathroom I knew I had to leave. The entire room was filthy and had roaches. Instead of receiving a refund I still had to pay for a room I didn’t even spend 5 minutes in.

No room key someone had to let us in anytime we left. Power went out for about 45 minutes only at the hotel not the area. No shampoos or soap just an empty bottle. No cups or coffee by the coffee pot.
