Nice new hotel. Located in a quiet area off route I-20. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. In the bed was great,!0

Drove all the way from East Texas to Shreveport and tried to check in only to be told my reservation had bren canceled.

Shower pressure was nonexistent. Tv did not work. No clothes bag. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

I liked the decor and cleanliness. I didn’t like that the pool and spa were cold and the pool chemicals were so strong my eyes burned before I even got in.
