Perfect for accommodating the extended family, you will love the inviting backyard, complete with a pergola and spa, offering a serene space to unwind, connect and entertain.

Upstairs the home features multiple living spaces, a small dining area, gourmet kitchen with induction cook top, 3 in 1 digital oven and dishwasher.

Three generous bedrooms Queen master with ensuite. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed and Bedroom Three offers single and single trundle beds. Main bathroom with luxurious freestanding bath, shower and a seperate toilet room. Bedding is Queen, double and single with single trundle.

Downstairs via a seperate private entrance is the studio with double bed, wall mounted TV, kitchen sink and cabinets, dining table and chairs for two and an older style bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. No internal access from main house.

The rear yard offers an outdoor setting for 8 guests and a pergola with hot spa and a new gas BBQ.

Double garage and driveway.
