Saff was extremely kind and polite. The receptionist eeven offered to change our room as i made a small mistake in the booking and he immediately tried to rectify without me even asking. THe hotel is well presented, clean and well ordanised. THe room is clean rightly sized. The two donside wre the bed, not really confortable, and the breakfast which did not taste great. Great location for athletes and parents attending events at ponds forge.

I dont feel like the parking was explained well and was very confusing we ended up having to pay full price at the car park next to the hotel because we had not pre booked parking online which i feel was annoying because none of this is explained before you go, otherwise everything else was really good and in a good location.
