My family stayed during the Christmas holiday and we had an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the villa was very comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 adolescents).

kitchen equipped. decor outdated (literally 30-40 years behind). no shampoo. ceiling poured water. womens lounge filthy. pool area over heated and smelled. Turned out the place is being shut down on Jan 7th but still being marketed as a lovely useable family experience. It was awful. we left early. The staff was the only redeeming qualitiy. Owners were very nice and should be reserved for them to enjoy their last few days for memories. NOT for unsuspecting renters hoping for a fun escape

The rental in Shawnee was great. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of heat and plenty of hot water. The staff was amazing. They were there for your every need.

Room was very spotless clean, the shower in the 1 bedroom wasnt working at all, but didnt complain about it since we had the other bathroom. And there was no shower gel or soap in the tub or shower, so he had to buy our own. Besides that everything was nice.

Our accommodations were spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and included these adorable salt and pepper shakers. There was plenty to do on the property and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members took the time to point out all of the local spots for hiking and even rated them in terms of difficulty. There was plenty of hiking, restaurants, and other tourist activities close to the property.

The staff was very pleasant. This property is so much fun for the whole family. The only thing is maintenence can do a better job with dusting, especially the headboards on the bed. And the villas are a little outdated so one outlet by the bed was not working. But otherwise we had so much fun.
