I stayed here for the Hotter n Hell bike ride, The cottage was nicely set up and is very quiet. It was an easy drive to Wichita Falls for the bike ride in the early morning, I would definitely stay here again next year.

Where do I even begin? Filthy mattress, room smelled awful, run down building. At least it had a microwave and mini fridge. I would rather sleep under stars. Very disappointed
