The property itself is very nice. It is a 2 large step walk up to the front entry - no drive through. My husband took a bad fall down the steps ( which are cracked) and all the clerk said ( when she realized he could stand ( he’s 69) was “gotta watch them steps”) They are lucky he is only sore & bruised. The steps need to be repair & a fluorescent tape on them to warn people.

Look out they want $100.00 non refundable fee just for your pet! I dont know how people think because you have a 5 pound dog they can charge almost as much for it as you paid for the whole room. They say it is for the extra cleaning. I think that is why none of the house keepers can speak English. If they could they would tell everybody about their awesome pay for working here. Then the other businesses around here couldn't find anyone to work for them.

Nicest hotel in Abilene!

Pros: all of it
Cons: When it is an excellent hotel like this is, just keep on doing like you are now.
Location: We weren't there long enough to do anything but the Abilene Zoo we have been to before and it is a great place for kids.
It was a most enjoyable stay. They had a gym for me to work out in, breakfast in the morning, Full kitchen so we could do our own meal, the bed was fabulous and bathroom set up excellent. Loved the seating area as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, would definitely stay there again

Pros: It appeared that it was new, very clean and well kept.
Cons: Third shift could walk through and maybe pick up the beer cans and pizza boxes left by the drunks, that's my only possible complaint.
Location: Right off the feeder of the main highway, was there for a conference, it snowed & I got stuck in the room one morning, everything closes when it snows
Was there for a conference. Nice hotel, definitely the best part of my stay in Abilene. Staff and breakfasts were great, room was large and had everything.

I want to move in

We loved this hotel,at the top of our list. from the staff to the rooms and pool couldn't ask for any thing better.
