The lobby was under construction, so it was a bit messy, but that was to be expected, I suppose. The shower curtain rod in our bathroom was broken, so the shower curtain wouldn't stay stretched across the shower when showering. It sagged to the middle. The toilet seat was also broken when I entered the room, but I was able to get it back on track.

I almost never write negative reviews...it must be extremely horrible for me to do it. We arrived and were told they are renovating so the breakfast would be cereal and fruit. Okay, fine. Then the room keys take precise timing to enter, and usually several attempts after putting anything in your hands on the floor. No coffee pot, refrigerator not working, hairdryer not working, cold water a slow trickle, smoke alarm beeping (was told maintenance would replace it-they did not), TV remote did not work, tub bottom was destroyed and had a waterproof mat sealing it. Phone to call front desk did not even have a phone cord. We were told we could leave and would get a refund (at 10pm) we said it was too late. Then asking for a discount due to the horrible room, "under renovation" was the excuse for everything. She was rude and continuously talking over us to not hear us. I have stayed at many discount hotels such as this one and I would advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs.

Room had black mold on wall with window. The bath tub knob fell off when trying to use it. Was told someone would fix it being we had a child that needed a bath due to surgery and it never got fixed. Hotel did offer ice machine was broke. They didn't have food out other the cereK for breakfast but no milk for the cereal. No juice. Just poor service. Didn't offer any discount or anything.

Not a great experience. The room light fixtures were missing bulbs, TV was not working, lack of a full roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker, no breakfast, vending machine also inoperable. The good - location, free parking.

The staff canceled my booking AFTER CHECK IN TIME and would not rebook me even though there were plenty of rooms available. I asked if they were overbooked and that was the reason that they wouldn’t rebook me the desk lady replied “I don’t know, kinda” the price was the cheapest around but they had construction pallets in the lobby and a horrible smell

Hotel itself was rundown. The room was very old looking. The mattress was extremely old. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. The top blanket had cigarette burns on it. One light worked in the room. Bathroom light was ok. Remote did not work. Could only watch a cartoon channel. The biggest thing was trying to get the door unlocked. You had to use your key card and turn the door handle at the same time. Total nightmare. It was like breaking into your own room when you could get it to work. Front desk lady was nice though
