I booked the reservation but I did not stay at the hotel. I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family medical emergency. The Hotel charged me $245.70 for the cancellation. The reservation was made through Expedia with a purchased protection plan, stating 100% refund for cancellation. When I attempted to get a refund, both the Hotel and Expedia 'fingerpointed" at each other about who is responsible for the refund. In the end I never got the refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

Heck in was a breeze. The young girl at the front was very friendly and kind. The room itself is decent. It has some wear but overall it was a pleasant stay passing through Abilene. The room does come with continental breakfast…. It’s ok. Not good not bad but ok. Thankfully they had a waffle machine
