Where was urine on the toilet seat. The room smelt old. From the area behind the TV look like it had not been dusted in weeks. The manual stopper for the bathtub, has rust all around it. The cabinet where the microwave is stored. Smelled musty. We really did not enjoy our stay, and will not stay at this hotel again.

Lady at the front desk is rude and just flat out unpleasant .If she hates her job that bad , please quit , your are making it miserable for everyone else. The room itself was not clean stains on the shades, drywall patches unfinished, food in the sinks. I would leave her name but, she doesn't wear a name tag ever. This hotel does not represent La Quinta or Wyndham well at all.

Terrible place to stay! Do not stay here. This hotel was probably the most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything in our room was rusted, old and rundown. The room was super dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Someone tracked mud all over the hotel and it was there our entire stay. One of the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. We asked for a late checkout (noon), which was approved by the night shift person. So on the day we were supposed to checkout the receptionist automatically checked us out at 11am even though we had been approved for a late checkout at noon. When we asked her about it she couldn’t tell us why she did it. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get out key cards to work to let us back into our room. When we finally checked out about 5 minutes before noon and I was turning in my key cards to her she scoffed at me like there was a problem. Never will I stay there again let alone a La Quinta!

Completely filthy. This hotel is not owned by the corporation. It privately owned and it’s a mess. Completely dirty. The restroom was clogged before we got in. That room had not been cleaned. Also, we asked for another room and they assigned us a room that was occupied. Horrible experience

They didn’t clean the room the second day I was there. Then the room service people came on my last day, knocked one time, didn’t announce who it was and proceeded to come into my room while i was asleep. Then the paint in the tub was coming all off. There was an alive bug in the shower. The elevator would get stuck while we were in it.

The customer service was rude, except for one lady who worked the evening shift, who was kind and helpful, especially in trying to help me locate a plunger and addressing the issue with the tea not being a good color to serve. This facility was overpriced, and the quality was not what I was used to when I came down for business. But it was the only thing available and convenient for my business trip. My room did get towels, but I also needed to check the shower curtain, which needed to be changed because it had blood on it. I pray I won't have to stay here again. Giving it a 3/10 would not recommend.

This was one of the most upsetting and unsafe travel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel had changed its pet policy but never updated any of the booking sites or even its own website. We arrived late at night after a long drive, fully expecting the pet-friendly stay we had booked. Instead, we were refused a room — and our money was not returned. The front-desk attendant tried multiple times to contact the owner for clarification, but the owner never answered. We made it clear that there were no other hotels in the area that would accept us at that hour and that turning us away placed us in a genuinely dangerous situation. It was after midnight, we were exhausted, and the roads were risky. None of that mattered. We were left with no choice but to drive several hours home in the middle of the night. What made this even more frustrating is that our kitten was fully litter-box trained, secured in a kennel, and we were traveling with all proper supplies — which the staff saw and acknowledged. It still made no difference. Travelers deserve honesty, accurate information, and basic human consideration. This experience felt careless, dismissive, and financially unfair. Please double-check the pet policy directly with the hotel before booking. Relying on the online listing cost us our safety, our sleep, and our money. I cannot recommend staying here if you are traveling with any animal.
