This is a 50 year old property I went by as a boy to go to church. Toilet was not secure and caulk around base was separated. Front door security latch was broken. I did get to park right in front of the door since she gave us a wheelchair room. Ppl above us were noisy but quieted down by midnight.

The desk clerk seemed annoyed, as if I were bothering her, when I checked in. There was only one washcloth in the room. My wife is disabled but the 'only' room available was on the second floor, which was painful for her to access. The room had flies and some kind on beetles.

No towels in room, shower was hardly any water coming out and shower floor was very dirty. A/C wouldnt cool off room

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced, nastiest rooms I’ve ever been in An with the current pandemic the scariest stay I’ve ever had! We changed rooms after first was bug and hair infested to go to another that was also bug infested but we were so tired from traveling that we just rested until early morning and immediately left, I’ve requesteda refund thru Travelocity but the location was unavailable or something, I’m very disappointed!

I liked the check in the staff was very polite and prompt. They do not have ice machines convient and the maids did not put but one towel in the room and there were two of us
