Not very clean or pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was a disaster. Food was gross, nothing was being filled or wiped down. The coffee maker in the room did not work either.

The shower had a regular shower head that didn't work and only had a hand held and the bathtub nozzle didn't work either. And the closet door would not stay closed. We were told that just how the shower was. We asked for another room and was told there wasn't one. We left without a refund and went to another hotel

Overall sad

Check in time says 2pm & we got there around 3 & rooms weren't ready & stood in hall for 20 mins. waiting. Then we were put in the wrong room. So we say something & suites weren't ready so we had to wait another 30 mins. We had to go downstairs & ask for toilet paper, towels etc. We requested our room get cleaned, sheets changed & more towels & when we came back that night nothing. My husband went downstairs to get more towels & find out why & got sorry she got sick. Breakfast was terrible. Offered many things like oatmeal but no microwave to heat it up to cook. One of the only good things is it was quiet.

When we checked in, the room we were assigned didn't have any bath towels or toilet paper, a note was written on the notepad, and the bedding was stained so it wasn't clear whether the room had been cleaned. We requested a different room, and the bedding in that room was also stained and worn. The man who checked us in said it is all like that/it needs to be replaced, so we just took the room since it did have towels and toilet paper. When we went out later, we found that the door didn't lock right away/we had to shut it multiple times to get it to lock. Also, the carpet and sofa chair were stained. Overall, the room and especially the bedding was subpar and not at all worth what we paid. When we asked for new towels in the morning, the desk staff required that we return the dirty ones to them as if were stealing their thin towels. The lobby and eating area, however, were clean and the location is good. Because of the state of the room and especially the bedding, we would not stay here again.

Staff was really nice and friendly. The room wasn't great. Hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours. The Sheetrock on the ceiling showed water damage. Overnight rain resulted in my son getting wet from an unfixed leak.

Upon entering our rooms we noticed the sheets had stains and the comforters were also stained in multiple places. I asked the guy to refund our money, as we immediately left. I still have not heard from the manager.
