We did not get the service we paid for. The swimming pool did not function properly the entire stay, the hot tub was dirty. The owners made attempts to remedy the problem but they didn't fully compensate me for my inconvenience. Which I'm completely disappointed with the host. VRBO.COM picked up the slack, but the host themselves I'm disappointed with. Apologies don't equal a persons time, effort and monies spent. I wanted to tell the whole story but the space will only allow me 1500 characters. The place has nice amenities only if everything functions properly for the money a person spends.

Thia property was beautiful . It had everything we needed from the fully equipped kitchen to the game room and pool to keep the kids busy to the theater. AvantStay was very responsive to all my questions. I had no complaints.

Fabulous Getaway in the Smoky Mountains

This large cabin was perfect for our extended family, with large bedrooms and private bathrooms for each one. The indoor pool, game room and theater were a big hit with the kids! And the large kitchen and island were ideal for our large family meals. Only downside was the property needs some maintenance and attention, but the managers were very receptive and prompt.

Wedding Party

Perfect is an overused word but when rating this Avant Property “the Wanderer Cabin” perfect is the only word to describe it. The cabin is perfect for large groups! Everything from bedrooms/bathrooms, community space and kitchen could not have been designed better. Everything was so clean. Checkout was a breeze. We will never use a different company for our Smoky Mountain stays!!

We loved the cabin, the neighborhood could use some trash cleanup. We have now stayed in this cabin twice and it is way better sine Avant stay took it over and remodeled

Amazing Home for a Large Group

Beautiful home, well stocked, great open layout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Unfortunate the pool heater was inoperable for our stay, but the hot tub was great. We especially loved the bar area that opened to the porch and outdoor fireplace. We would definitely stay here again!

Successful Family Reunion

Excellent facility for large groups. Great spaces, separate bathrooms, plenty of games, bedding, kitchen stocked well, everything we could ever need. The company was very responsive when we had questions and quickly resolved any issues. ( A missing remote, etc.

Wonderful Cabin Stay near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg

Our group of 11 adults loved the property! The living room/kitchen area is huge and was perfect for our group but we could have easily had 2 or 3X the amount of friends/family around. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor bar area off of the living room and spent many hours out on the back patio around the fire pit. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group. All 11 of us had our own bedrooms (it was 9 singles and 1 couple). Everyone had their own en suite bathroom! We didn't get much of a chance to enjoy the indoor pool since it ended up not being heated for our stay, but it was a cool addition to the house. We did enjoy several dips into the hot tub on several cool evenings! We used the medial room and streamed some Switch games on the big screen--we all had a blast! We cannot say enough great things about the property...you'll be so glad you stayed and there is so so much room! Thanks for having us!

The Wanderer

Beautiful spacious cabin that was excellent for our leadership retreat. Every bedroom had its own bathroom suite. Pool, hot tub, theater and game room helped in providing recognition for the hard work of our volunteers that provide mental health education, support, and resources for our community.

Great Location Nice Place

Overall great spot but had an issue with the pool from Day 1 that didn’t get resolved until the day before we left. The guy came and looked at it immediately but it took 5 days to fix and we had 5 kids waiting to use it every day.

40th Class Reunion Girls Trip

We were very impressed with this property and all the amenities. The pictures don't do it justice. It was beautiful and had all the kitchenware and utensils to accommodate the 18 of us. The beds were extremely comfortable, access in and of the neighborhood was easy and we are already planning a return visit. Thanks Avantstay/Vrbo for making the whole trip seamless and easy

Great place to Stay for Adults

I had a really great time, we found a few bugs but nothing major. The home is very clean except for the grill outside and the hot tub. (someone may have left the tub uncovered. I would rent again and also I would recommend this cabin and vrbo in the future. The pool, and the Bar area with the garage door was is my favorite area!

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful property, new nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We had a wonderful time ! We enjoyed the theater, the hot tub and the pool and sitting on the back deck. Looking at the mountains by the fire. We had plenty of room for people to have their own personal space. The only negative was that we did not realize until right before check-in that we had to pay extra to have the pool heated.

Overall fabulous place! We will be back! Perfect for our birthday celebration and large friend reunion! Accommodations were more than expected with each bedroom accommodated with a bathroom. A swimming pool and hot tub, wished the pool was warm. Downstairs entertainment and theater room top notch! The outside deck, bar and fireplace were phenomenal. A few minor negatives including: Outside trash cans were full upon our arrival leaving nowhere to accommodate trash for 24 adults, the oven on the left didn’t cook correctly and the surrounding views included lots of new construction. Otherwise perfect!!’
