BEAUTIFUL & RELAXING GET-AWAY

Our stay was wonderful. The scenery is beautiful, the cabin is not located close to any other cabins, so it was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was spacious, so there was plenty of room for 3-4 couples. We will be back for sure!

Awesome views and beautiful cabin!

The cabin is spacious and beautiful with awesome views! The cabin has 4 King suites and a queen bunk bed in loft and each has their own bathroom! I definitely recommend this cabin! We had a great time making memories with our family!

Incredible second stay, breathtaking views

We have just returned from our second stay at this incredible lodge. Hosts are fantastic, everything has been thought out to allow guests to enjoy a vacation not to forget. Views are unrivalled. If looking for a lodge in the Smokey’s, I would highly recommend this property, it has everything you could need with panoramic views that you’ll never get tired of. Thank you Diane for another wonderful stay.

Beautiful And Seclusion At It’s Best!

The cabin was everything we expected and more. Nice and quiet beautiful deck with corn hole on deck and pool table and bar below. You will not regret this with Four King Suites and more.

Wonderful Place

Royal Elk Chalet was Amazing! Everything as described. Our family of 8 loved every minute and there was enough room for several more people if we needed it.We will definitely stay again. Diane communicated with us promptly from the beginning and was quickly available to answer any questions. 5 Stars for sure.

Awesome experience!

The cabin is very beautiful and everything is as described! Perfect for multiple families and lots of kiddos. The views were great and location is 15 min from the parkway. Host is punctual answering any questions!

Excellent property

We had a great time in this location. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns very promptly. It has four master suites that matched our requirements. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, playing pool and arcade game in the lower area. View was fantastic.

Holidays in the Smokey's

I get my adult kids together each year for an early holidays and this year we picked the Smokey's. The house was amazing and very comfortable for the 7 of us and we loved the all suites set up. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable after a day in the park. We had everything we needed for meal preparation in the kitchen and it was comfortable for 3 people to help in preparation. I would come back and recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Royal Elk Chalet

Absolubtley fantastic... Many people call me hard to please but the Royal Elk Chalet far exceeded my expectations. My son and wife said they had one of the best vacations ever. The views from the chalet were outsatnding, pretty sure all of the surrounding lodges and chalets had 'View envy'. Pigeon forge and Gatlingburg also both have lots to offer and make great days out for all whether kids or adults. Looking to booking again for sure.

The house is very beautiful, spacious, with a beautiful view. But It's a bit scary to go there, I wouldn't risk going in the winter with snow. and the house needs more attention. The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. The sheets on one bed smelled of sweat. The other bed was all stained. The walls of the bathroom shower were dirty. The internet there is really bad, forget it.

Great Cabin

Beautiful views. We had some rain during our stay so it was nice to have such a beautiful cabin to enjoy on those days. The rooms were all large king beds with their own en-suite bathrooms and balcony access. Perfect set up for families or friends sharing since all the rooms are equally as nice. Contacted owner with a few questions on our stay and had very quick responses. Internet was not great for trying to get a day of work in if needed but that’s most likely typical in this area and could have been worse during our stay due to weather. It’s definitely on our favorite list!

Beautiful View

This cabin is in a perfect location! Beautiful views of the mountains. Driveway is very steep but worth it if your coming for the views . The location was close to grocery stores and all attractions. Communication with the host was very fast when we needed to get in touch. It was very clean but kitchen could have used a few larger pots and pans to accommodate the amount of people that that can stay there. Also, a larger bear proof trash receptacle outside would be helpful. I would absolutely return to this beautiful location. Highly recommend to families.
