Stayed here before when it was almost brand new. Reason we stayed again. Obviously 2 years later you can tell it’s been used/rented out a lot. Not jus out room but the entire complex.

Quality Housing

We really enjoyed this place for our stay. I'm big on things feeling clean, and this place was exactly that. Location was pretty unmatched. Could be at major restaurants or shopping in minutes. Would definitely stay again.

This was a geeat place for our family of 6 plus our dog. It had everything we needed. Location was fantastic, close to attractions, shopping, and dining. Beds were comfortable, lighting was goid, and plenty of space. Seating in the main living area was slightly lacking, but wasn't a problem since our teenagers spent more time in there rooms anyway. Highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The apartment was located near all the popular attractions. Inside the property, everything was clean and well decorated. It felt like home away from home. We will be visiting this property again!

Great location just off the main strip in Sevierville, so it's convenient to most of the attractions in the area. Neighborhood also seems nice and fairly quiet. Apartment has most of the things we needed, and plenty of bed space. Also a massive kitchen Biggest issues we had were a lack of cleaning supplies and there were a few kitchen tools we needed, like a corkscrew and scissors.

I did not realize this property didn't have an elevator and our place was on the 3rd floor. I went to the office to let them know i couldnt do the stairs due to a recent surgery. They went right to work and moved our reservation to a ground floor accomodation. The space was very clean, comfortable and the beds were great.

The condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room, clean, and balcony overlooking a wooded area. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The reason for the 3 star rating for location is based on the residential situation of the property. This apartment complex is a mostly residential space, and the property did get quite loud and busy in the evenings. It felt safe, but we were definitely vacationing in a place for locals. There were nightly parties at the fire pit and pool with lots of traffic in the parking lots.

There was a slight confusion getting the code to get into the condo, but when I reached out to the owner or property manager, they got back to me in less than 5 minutes. Place is very clean inside & out. There is always someone working

Typical apartment

Clean and comfortable with ample supplies, bedding, etc. Problem is that it’s in an apartment complex and well…anpa dwellers aren't typically the most quiet or courteous neighbors, which was the case here.
