Oriented due west, the apartment gifts you a nightly sunset over the Étang de Thau; to the south and east, the Mediterranean frames your days in deep blue and sea light.
The sun-drenched living room opens to a private terrace—the spot for leisurely lunches and long evenings—complete with a electric plancha grill. Inside, gather for a movie on the 65" smart TV with Chromecast or an apéritif facing the view. The sofa bed features a real mattress, providing genuinely comfortable extra sleeping.
The equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, Nespresso L’Or Barista, dishwasher, washing machine, cookware and tableware) suits short breaks and longer stays alike. For restful nights, enjoy two serene bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a Queen-Size bed (160 cm). Quality linens, storage and natural light set a quiet, understated tone.
Access is easy via elevator. A locked garage box and one underground parking space complete the amenities; note that parking requires some maneuvering and a good sense of your vehicle’s size.
