Clean, good size. Only thing is we booked for 5, but technically they only handle 4 adults, so the 15 yo "child" was bigger than they thought. They worried not enough space. It was not an issue. Needed to remind them to replace 5, not 4 towels daily.

1. Itโ€™s like your own home- Laundry, A/C, living area, kitchen everything you need is there 2. Parking elevators- we didnโ€™t use it but they have parking structure on site 3. Friendly staffs- they are very nice and kind 4. Close to every where in Gangnam 5. So many walkable restaurants near by 6. No breakfast but itโ€™s ok because you can find much restaurants close by 7. Cleaning service every day 8. Laundry detergent upon request 9. Utensils are in the drawers that we couldnโ€™t find at the first time 10. This was the perfect spot for a family trip. The living area and kitchen was super helpful to have for us to spread out. The people at the front desk spoke a little English and the ones that didn;t used google translate to communicate with us, making it very easy to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.
