This place is defiantly overrated. Don’t trust the location guide on Expedia, it’s totally misleading. The place is inconvenient to shopping district, dirty and unsecure around the area. The worst thing is poor sound proof between the rooms, so please concern your neighbourhood while you are on honeymoon in this property. We couldn’t stay any longer in this place and rather pay extra to move somewhere closer to shopping district.

Def book a pool view room. The superior deluxe rooms are not nice rooms (it’s worth the extra $18 or so a day). Fabulous pool area and away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to just chill and relax this is definitely the place to book. If you want to be amongst it all, this property requires a taxi to get into town. It’s only approx $2.50 each way but it’s more the inconvenience of not just being able to walk out your door and be there. As the traffic is soooo bad it can take you 15 mins, sometimes more, to get into town, depending where you want to go. My 9yo really enjoyed the pool - it is HUGE and tbh the reason why we booked this resort in the first place. Prob wouldn’t stay again because of the distance to cheap massages, shopping (if that’s your thing) and variety of eating out options without having to get taxi.

I found this hotel very dated and was more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. However, it was clean which is the most important thing for me. Also, the staff were extremely polite and helpful which made the stay very enjoyable. It’s to be noted that the hotel is quite far to walk to the centre of Seminyak, therefore, you have to take a short taxi ride to get there. All in all, for the price I paid, I would still highly recommend.

The property is not on main street so you have to have a car or bike to go out. We were stuck in the hotel for 1 day cause of water clogged outside. Breakfast was worth it. Staff is nice and helpful. Airport pick up was available with a charge.

The hotel has great amenities and the breakfast never failed to disappoint! Always something for everyone. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff - Kadek was great! The let down of this hotel is that it is rather noisy despite signs about keeping noise levels down throughout the hotel. It needs to be more enforced. I was woken or kept awake multiple times during my stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Building showing its age and the location was not walking distance to anything other than a circle K so cabs required to go anywhere. Breakfast did not cater for western tastes and eggs were all pre-cooked and not even in a bain marie. We were looking forward to our stay, we normally stay closer to the beach and reviews were good but overall were disappointed.

🌴 Incredible Stay in Bali! 🌴 We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The pool was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Bali sunshine. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large balcony where we could sit and soak in the beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We loved the buffet breakfast—so many delicious options to start the day right! The hotel’s location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The overall vibe of the place was so serene and inviting—we felt right at home. Another huge plus was the 24/7 room service—it was such a treat to have great food available anytime we wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bali!
